Yes — they're two names for the same thing. A hosted PBX (also called Cloud PBX) is a business phone system that runs in a provider's data centre instead of on equipment in your office. You get extensions, an auto attendant, voicemail and call routing exactly as you would from an on-site system, without owning or maintaining any hardware.
